My networth total is not adding up

This is what happened!

  • You linked your financial accounts to the app

  • You added manual asset and liability accounts to the app

  • You checked your net worth and it is incorrect

 

Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:

  • The net worth is equal total assets - total liabilities. The net worth total doesn’t include foreign currency and reward accounts 

  • If the net worth is N/A, you can refresh the figure by tapping on the refresh icon next to the amount 

 

If you believe that your accounts are not assigned to the correct account type, you can update the account type by going to Account Settings. 

To access Account Setting, tap on the account > select the cogwheel icon at the top right then, change the type of account if incorrect.
